Roots to Rise Sacred Training is a Shamanic/Animist/Nature Based Method, that has been handed down and integrated with Reiki. It has ancestral lineages and knowledge, with foundations from Hermetic and Natural Laws. All woven together, into an original tapestry of healing and wholeness.
Sign up is starting in March 10, 2026.
It is shared and practiced for 1 Year to complete the full 4 Levels. There is no skipping levels or starting at a different point.
We gather twice a week, 1st meeting is the lesson and the 2nd is the practice.

The Path of Awakening & Remembering
The Initiate stands at the threshold—one foot in the world she’s known, and one stepping bravely into the unseen. This level is about returning to your own energy, remembering how to listen, and learning the foundations that will become the roots of your entire healing path.

LEVEL TWO — THE HEALER
The Path of Embodiment & Service
The Healer archetype awakens when you begin to move beyond self-awareness and into applied energy work—learning not only to sense your own system but to feel and understand the systems of others with integrity and clarity.

The Sage is the culmination of the entire spiral—the wise woman who has walked the depths and the light, integrated her shadows, embodied her gifts, and now stands ready to guide others.
This level is not just about learning.
It is about stepping into who you were always meant to be.

A Note on Sacred Transmission & Being Chosen
Level Four is not a level that can simply be purchased.
It is not a certification you “sign up” for.
It is an initiation — and initiations choose you.
The Sage Path is reserved for those who have walked the previous levels with devotion, integrity, humility, and a genuine calling to serve. This level is about lineage, and lineage is not transactional. It is earned, witnessed, and granted through relationship.
To become a teacher of this work — my work, this lineage, our shared spiral — you must be someone I trust to carry it forward with the deepest respect for its roots, its ethics, and its purpose. This means:
• You have shown maturity in your healing and shadow work.
• You have demonstrated integrity in your practice with others.
• You have aligned with the values of the Sacred Path.
• You carry yourself with grounded leadership and humility.
• You understand that this work is bigger than all of us.
If you are invited into Level Four, it is because the path recognized you —
because you have become someone who can be entrusted with a sacred transmission.
You cannot buy your way into this level.
You are chosen for it.
The Sage level is a covenant — one between teacher, student, lineage, and spirit — and it is entered only when the energy is right, the readiness is true, and the calling is mutual.
Journey to the Underworld
Journey to the Underworld is a 16 week Program designed to take you through the Gates to the Underworld where you will meet and witness what the Dark Goddess has to show you to help you with your Shadow Work. As you travel 7 weeks down to the underworld, the 8th week you will have off so you can spend time with the Dark Goddess. On weeks 9-15, you will ascend through the Gates back up from the Underworld. Our last week together is week 16, where will come back as a group and share what we are taking away from our journey.
Bonus: you are invited each month to a New Moon Circle, for healing activations and sharing any shadow work questions you may have.
This Program is only held every 2 years because of the intensity and integration this circle brings. It is for women who want to work with the Dark Goddess and her own shadows to heal.

The Garden of the Goddess
Come join me and other sisters in the Garden, where the Goddess will share her wisdom and experience on plant spirit medicine with us. November is about the Goddess Hecate and her sacred Garden. December we will join the Cailleach through her winter journey on the land.
This is a 12 month journey, where we follow an aspect of the Goddess each month for 4 weeks.
The Omen Days Workshop
After Yule, we celebrate and watch for the signs, listen for the messages and pay attention to the omens that are given to us to help guide us through the year. Have you ever heard about this tradition? Do you feel like you receive these gifts but don’t know how to interpret them?
This is the mini-workshop for you.
We will take a look at how are guides, spirit allies, messengers and angels all send us guidance in many forms and methods. We will discuss the many ways we receive these as well as the common signs we get. If there is time, we will go through some of our individual messages, their meaning and how we can read them.
There will be 2 breaks for 15 minutes during our time together as well. A pdf file comes with the workshop.
