Rooted Forest Immersion

Inspired Japanese Practice of Shinrin-Yoku

Slow down. Breathe deep. Remember your place in the living world.

In a world that asks us to move faster, Forest Immersion offers an invitation to do the opposite.

These monthly guided experiences are designed to help you slow your pace, awaken your senses, and reconnect with the healing rhythms of nature. Through intentional invitations, mindfulness practices, gentle movement, reflection, and periods of quiet observation, you'll experience the forest not as something to pass through, but as a place to truly belong.

There is no destination to reach and nothing to achieve.

Only an opportunity to become fully present and immersed into.

Each gathering is unique, inspired by the changing seasons and the natural world around us. Together, we'll explore practices that encourage relaxation, curiosity, creativity, and a deeper relationship with both nature and ourselves.

As we quiet the constant noise of everyday life, many people find they naturally reconnect with something they've long forgotten… a sense of inner knowing, intuition, wonder, and belonging that has always been within them.

Forest Immersion doesn't teach you intuition.

It simply creates the space where you can begin hearing your own inner wisdom again.

Rewilded Roots Philosophy

Nature has always been one of our greatest teachers.

When we slow down enough to listen, we begin to remember that we are not separate from the living world—we are part of it.

Forest Immersion is an invitation to return to that relationship, nurturing not only the health of the body and nervous system, but also our capacity for presence, wonder, intuition, and connection.
