Reiki Share Circles
Rewilded Roots Reiki Share Circles
My Reiki Share Circles are living, breathing ritual spaces — part temple, part forest clearing, part hearth fire. They are a place to slow down, reconnect with the intelligence of your body and spirit, and remember that healing does not happen in isolation — it happens in relationship with self, nature, community, and the unseen.
Each month we gather with the energetic influences of the season, the lunar cycles, and the broader collective currents moving through the world. We explore how these energies land in our nervous systems, our relationships, our creative lives, our grief, our growth, our becoming. Nothing is bypassed. Nothing is forced. We work with what is real, present, and ready.
Reiki flows as the foundation of the circle — supporting nervous system regulation, emotional processing, energetic clearing, and subtle recalibration. Alongside Reiki, I weave in earth-based wisdom, shamanic perspectives, somatic awareness, and intuitive practices. This may include guided journeying or visualization, breathwork, grounding rituals, elemental connection, energy hygiene practices, and simple ceremonial acts that help the body and psyche integrate change.
We also work with reflection and embodiment. Journal prompts, inquiry questions, mantras, and intentional sharing invite you to harvest insight from your lived experience and translate it into grounded action. The intention is not only personal healing, but conscious participation in how we shape our lives, our communities, and the energy we bring into the world.
Each circle is intuitively shaped by what the group needs — sometimes tender and quiet, sometimes catalytic and clarifying, sometimes playful and deeply human. You are welcome exactly as you are… messy, magical, grieving, growing, uncertain, becoming.
This is a space for soul seeds who feel called to live in deeper relationship with nature, spirit, and their own inner knowing — while staying rooted in real life, real bodies, and real responsibility.
