Payment Terms & Conditions

By scheduling a session, service, or class with Rewilded Roots, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Policy
Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in writing. All services, courses, and circles are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • No-Show: If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, this includes an In-Home Session, the full session fee will be charged and no refund or credit will be issued.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the session fee, unless you reschedule immediately.

  • Timely Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed up to three (3) times for any booked session or program. After the third reschedule, the booking will be considered canceled and no refund or further rescheduling will be available.

4. Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits, unless the session is canceled by Rewilded Roots.

5. Exceptions
Consideration for emergencies or extenuating circumstances will be handled at the sole discretion of Rewilded Roots.

6. Agreement
By submitting payment and scheduling a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

By scheduling a session, service, circle or class with Rewilded Roots, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, if I arrive to your home or barn and you are not there, the full session fee will be charged, and no refund or credit will be issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the session fee, unless you reschedule immediately. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.

All videos, recommendations, programs, workbooks, and session plans are the property of Rewilded Roots, LLC and will not be delivered if the person does not attend the service, course, session or workshop.

Rescheduling is permitted up to three times for any booked session or program. After the third reschedule, the client will not have the booking, will be considered canceled and no refund or further rescheduling will be available.
