Travel & Arrival Policy – In-Home Sessions

When considering booking an in-home session for your companion:

Please note that while we schedule a specific appointment time, travel between locations can occasionally be affected by factors outside of my control, including:

• Driving conditions (traffic, construction, weather)

• Acts of God or natural events

• The duration of prior sessions running longer than expected

• Other unforeseen circumstances

I always strive to arrive on time and provide a seamless experience for you and your companion. Whenever possible, I will send a text when I’m on my way, including an approximate driving time to your location.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your animal’s comfort, safety, and care are my top priority, and I appreciate your flexibility when travel conditions cause a slight delay.
